Abstract: 

The software driving outflow from the tanks to the desired performance of the turbine is able to find the flow rate Q which is sloughed off the turbine. He is able to desired performance hydroelectric power to find the optimal size of the storage tank volume water management system. The design may reflect the effect of uncertainty burdened members of input hydrological series.
